User :   Hi - I have a very small soft lump which feels like tissue about 1/5th the size of a pea at the base of my penis shaft. It is under the skin and right down the bottom towards the place it connects to my body. It isn't paiinful and isnt attached. It moves around somewhat with my fingers. What could this be?

Doctor :   when it grow high then go for excision of the lump
User :   When you say watch the growth, for what reason?
Doctor :   if it very small, excision is very tough
Doctor :   if it is reasonably big it can be cut
User :   any risk if I just leave it alone?
