User :   i injured my left knee and the mri scan shows that i have a small joint effusion

User :   the injury was abt 3 weeks back, i twisted my knee in the bathroom

User :   immediately after the injury there was slight pain, i carried on with my usual work, this happened at abt 12 in the afternoon

User :   but at about 5 in the evening, i started getting unbearable pain
User :   and could not put weight on the knee

Doctor :   as i told you there is some fluid in the joint

Doctor :   and in case of arthritis like the inflammatory arthritis
