User :   I am facing sleep disorder from past few weeks, what can i do to get out of this problem?
User :   Yes i am
Doctor :   Are you in a shift job?
User :   It rotates in every 2 months
Doctor :   This is a common problem,since it takes the body to adjust every 2 months.
Doctor :   Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night.
Doctor :   Drink hot beverages like milk before going to sleep.
Doctor :   Do exercises in the morning and meditation.Do not use the bedroom for watching tv or work.
Doctor :   The moment you enter the bedroom you should understand it is only for sleeping.Do not keep any ticking clock in the bedroom.
Doctor :   Taking a hot shower or bath before bed helps bring on sleep because they can relax tense muscles.
Doctor :   Avoid caffeine and tea. It keeps you awake .
Doctor :   Read a fiction book.
Doctor :   Avoid eating just before bed. Give yourself at least 2 hours from when you eat to when you sleep.
