User :   every day in the morning after waking up I feel pain in my back, arms and legs. Kind of bone pain

User :   Coz of which i don't feel fresh and feel lazy thru out the day

User :   30 yrs, Male, 5'8 and around 64 Kgs

User :   I guess so. . . .

User :   Mostly whenever i go to bed and if im feeling sleepy, i go off to sleep immediately and in case if i m awake in mid night, after that also i don't find it difficult to go to sleep.

User :   eat regularly, but at times late in night as i reach home late.

User :   Also just to share my fan in my room is always on maximum and my bed is bang below it, could this be a reason for body pain

User :   Perkinson pobelm is more related to body and hence just wanted to make you aware of this. Could perkinson be a reason as a hereditary

Doctor :   Though genes have been implicated as one of the causes for a person developing PD
Doctor :   no direct relation that they can be transmitted to offspring is proved.
