Doctor :   What you had previously was an acute phase of sinusitis that the doctor diagnosed.
Doctor :   Slowly it is turning into a chronic sinusuitis.
Doctor :   do you follow?
User :   nop
Doctor :   Hope you understand sinusitis, it is the infection in the nasal sinuses or air cavities in the skull behind the nose and in the forehead.
User :   so u mean i will have heavy heads in morning through out my life
Doctor :   If it is for a short period because of some bacterial infection it is acute and if for a longer period, chronic.
User :   ya i unerstand sinusuitis
Doctor :   No things can be improved with some medications & change in life style.
User :   what is the reson for this
Doctor :   As this is winter many people are effected in this season.
Doctor :   As i have told you infection due to bacteria.
User :   ok
User :   so how can i cure it
User :   permanenetly
Doctor :   Initially you might have had a common cold due ti viral over which you have bacterial infection.
Doctor :   Yeah getting back to the treatment part,
User :   i mean how can i avoid it to make chronic
User :   no both the times no explicit cold and viral fever
Doctor :   You need not have viral fever or classically presenting common cold.
Doctor :   Lets get back to treatment part and preventive care.
Doctor :   1.You need to totally avoid cold eatables like ice-creams,cool drinks,cold water,cold beer,etc.
Doctor :   2.Got to be very careful to avoid cold weather, breezy climates.
Doctor :   Do you follow?
User :   ya but through out my life or can i get relief by antibiotics
Doctor :   Do you have any nasal blocks apart from heaviness in head?
User :   nop
User :   and steams get me great amount of relief
Doctor :   You need not be on antibiotics all through your life.
User :   ya but its not always
User :   last time i had it 4 months back
Doctor :   3.You need to get some proper sleep, proper exercises also for this which has been found to be of great help.
Doctor :   A small amount of exercise before you go to bed actually gives you lot of relief and also after you wake up as Oxygen levels in the system themselves give great relief from your symptom.
Doctor :   Apart from these some amount of breathing exercises like Pranayam give greater relief.
Doctor :   If the complaint persists after one week after you follow this regimen then you can go to a doctor for consultation.
Doctor :   Do you follow?
User :   yes
User :   do you seen any other possible reason also
User :   from my symptoms
Doctor :   As of such it seems to me that this is the only reason, as you do not have any other complaint like vomiting,dizziness-right?
User :   ya no such complaints
Doctor :   So there is absolutely no reason to worry.
Doctor :   You will can get well in no time if you follow the regimen that I have advise you, apart from the steam inhalation in acute times.
User :   ya will follow that
User :   is there any antibiotic required?
Doctor :   Atleast take care of yourself in this winter.
Doctor :   and you will be fine.
Doctor :   Is there any thing else you would like to ask?
User :   2 smallqs
User :   why me?
Doctor :   Yeah go ahead.
Doctor :   And?
User :   i mean why i am prone to this
User :   root cause
Doctor :   AAAAAAA what you have got is a very small medical condition for which you should never worry much. And about the root cause I had already told you that if you had ventured out in cold weather, or took bath in cold water, or had very cold water, etc, the first infection could have have ocurred.
Doctor :   It will be surely cured if you can adapt to the life style that I advise apart from being constantly in touch with your ENT Specialist in case of any acute phase.
Doctor :   *advised
User :   ok
User :   and is it a dangerous or alrming desease?
Doctor :   No, not at all, sinusitis is a very small infection of sinuses. In worst scenarios the ENT Dr. might advise you a draining of your sinuses which is a very small process.
User :   ok thanks doc
Doctor :   Thank you for consulting me.
Doctor :   Take care,Bye for now.
User :   bye
