User :   Hi there, I went to the orthopedic bc I dislocated my shoulder and ended up tearing my labrum, brusing the head of my humerus and chipped the bone

User :   and strained the tendon supricateouns or something like that

User :   I got the mri to confirm it and he started me on physical therapy to prevent surgery

User :   i was in soooo much pain in pt and started to regress within the first 2 weeks so i went back to the doctor to see what else I can do. The pain was unbearable

User :   a month ago the injury but have been going to the dr, and pt since

User :   the dr. basically told me to suck up the pain to make it stronger in pt

User :   I am going to my primary ortho Tuesday back at my parents house
