User:yes, I have bloodsometimes in my semen and I don't know why.
Doctor:I have read your query and you seem to have blood in semen
Doctor:The source of blood can be anywhere in the genital tract
User:i cantell youi have had a kidney transplant. I am now nback on dialysis, I had two heart valves put in and I haven't been able to urinate or get an erection in yers, Even with pills and injections.

User:every once in a while it is painful to ejaculate
Doctor:Is the blood seen before the semen ejaculates or it moxed with it or after it ejaculates

User:not a lot but enouph where we could both see
Doctor:Blood in semen means that the epithelium of the genital tract may be friable
Doctor:It can be due to infection, inflammation or rarely some type of cancer
Doctor:I am suspecting infection since you may be on medicines
User:yep lots of medicine
Doctor:Some medicines can cause low immunity
User:how would i get an infecton?
Doctor:It does not seem to be sexually transmitted
Doctor:It would be from another reason
Doctor:Mostly travelling from fecal route
User:i will make an appointment with a uroligist right away
