User :   Hello?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
How can I help you?
User :   My mother is very sick - She has shortness of breath with abdominal pains, especially to the right of her belly button.
User :   She's in the ER right now, but we don't get results until an hour or so.
User :   I was wondering, could it be the result of a lung clot??
Doctor :
Did she have lung clots earlier?
User :   On the radiologist x-ray, her blood vessels were thicker than normal - says my friend, who's currently in med school.
Doctor :
What is her age
User :   No, she's not had a problem with clots before
User :   She did, however have a blood transfusion 11 years ago when she gave a cesarean section.
User :   She is 35.
Doctor :   Can you detail me out how did the problem start

User :   It started about a month ago... She had all symptoms of a flu. A bad flu, I should mention..
User :   Fever, shaking, her whole body felt like it was pulsing, she was cold ... She could hardly get out of the bed, let alone talk or eat.
Doctor :
I think more time to answer your questions to the best of my abilities as I need a detailed history of her
User :   When she urinated, there was blood mixture
Doctor :   ok
User :   We went to personal physicians, some told her she had infections inside her body ... Some said it was a bad UTI....
Doctor :   Do you mean the family Doctor/

User :   She wasn't on meds, but she did go to a Chinese acupunturist who prescribed her herbal medicine.
User :   Yes, a personal physician/family doctor.
