User :   Hello
I've recently started working out, I havent done any workout for the last 12 years, so i'm in a terrible shape, my current BMI is 27.
For the last 12 years I've been a heavy smoker, not really cared about what i ate and havent moved alot other than work which is with computers.
After i've started to work out, I have also started to feel some weird feeling of beeing short of breath, it feels as if I can't fill up my lounges completely when i take a deep breath, it makes me take more deep breaths than i did before starting to work out, sometimes I'll take several in a row to get the "filled" up feeling, and I'll eventually yawn all of a sudden to get them filled up, I don't feel like I'm seriously lacking air, other than this odd feeling of need for air at the center of the chest, I don't get blue lips or fingernails.
If i don't excersise for a few days it will go away again, untill I do a workout again, the short of breath feeling arent stronger during the workout than it is after and for 2 days after the workout, it doesnt change wether i lie down or sit up, but just passes away after a few days without any workout.
Am I just experiencing my lounges poor shape, and a buildup of their strenght after all theese years of doing "nothing" or does it sound like something I should get checked asap?
I don't get a whissling sound as if it's astma.

Doctor :   No it does make you feel
Doctor :   but after sometime
Doctor :   I do recommend you to follow an active lifestyle
User :   Thanks for your advice, werent sure if what I experienced was "normal" or a sure indication of getting everything checked
