Doctor :   Now at the age of 37, having chest pain and left shoulder pain, needs to be evaluated by a ECG and observation
User :   the pain is at one single point at the back of the shoulder
Doctor :   You should consider taking him to the nearest medical center, and get an ECG done and examined
Doctor :   though the symptoms appear less severe, its not good to take chances
User :   he's been taking Rosuvas 10 for past abt a month or so
Doctor :   the pain could be due to some sprain in the shoulder which may be helped by rest and shoulder splint
Doctor :   so he has had high cholesterol ?
User :   yes
Doctor :   in That case, its always better to get him examined and then do a ECG and cardiac enzymes test to rule out anything serious
Doctor :   That would be the best decision in this scenario.
User :   ok
Doctor :   you need not be alarmed at all, but this advice is to avoid complications due to being careless or so
User :   he just told me that he's been getting this pain at a mild level at the same spot when he carried his bag back.
User :   shoulder bag
Doctor :   ok,
Doctor :   in that case, it seems to be due to shoulder sprain or tendinitis
Doctor :   this would benefit by using ice packs and pain killers
User :   combiflam?
User :   Duoflam?
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   they will help as well
User :   ok
Doctor :   but rest of the shoulder and avoiding major work will help him
