User:doctor i m suffering from cold and cough?
User:my cough is too severe
User:not able to sleep
Doctor:Since when do you have it ?
User:i took Wicoryl twice yesterday
User:three days
User:but there is improvement by Wicoryl
Doctor:What other medication are you on ?
User:no other medicine i took
Doctor:Is the cough wet ?
Doctor:I mean do you produce pleghm ?

Doctor:Replace Wicoryl with syrup AMBROLTE S 10 ml thrice daily
User:i took bitadine for 3-4 times a day
Doctor:And Tab SUMOCOLD twice daily for 3 days
Doctor:AMBROLITE is one amongst the best for Lower repiratory infections
User:doctor could you suggest some other tablet which i have at home. for suggested tablet i need to go outside.
User:there will be no shop available this time
