User :   i met with an accident, and i am suffering with pain down to right shoulder
User :   i took an x-ray in that no bone fracture and no displacement in bone
Doctor :   ok. could you describe the shoulder pain in detail?
User :   when i touch the muscle i am getting more pain
User :   when i move my hand i am getting pain
Doctor :   please rate you pain on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being maximum pain.
User :   i am unable to put my hand up side
Doctor :   which movements of shoulder/hand cause pain to aggravate?
User :   still state of my hand is 6

Doctor :   is the pain dull aching or sharp shooting type that radiates down to the arm and hand?

User :   sharp shooting

User :   yes
Doctor :   pain should subside with medication use after 48 hours of injury if there is no fracture.
User :   had some pain killers given by family doctor
Doctor :   is there a swelling or deformity associated?
User :   swelling but littrle
Doctor :   if the pain is not coming down with rest and medications, it suggest ligament injury, for which the shoulder should be immobilized to control pain and aid in healing of ligaments

Doctor :   to look for possible ligament and capsule injury
Doctor :   and treat it appropriately

User :   he is saying no injury
User :   under go with some physio therapy treatment
Doctor :   since pain is still present, you should try and get a second opinion done from some other orthopedician on it and discuss possibility of ligament or capsule injury and physiotherapy.

User :   i have to start today
Doctor :   then start with physiotherapy, it should help in controlling the pain
Doctor :   if the pain aggravates or still remains the same in 1 weeks time
Doctor :   then go back to the orthopedician
Doctor :   and get it re-examined
User :   ok
User :   is there any special cases "I have to discuss with him"
Doctor :   as mentioned earlier you need to discuss with him possibilities of ligament injury, shoulder joint capsule injury, any muscular injury of the muscles surrounding the joint
