User:she is up by 6 am and works till 11 pm
User:and this is an everyday routine

User:but recently she sweated a lot in her sleep

Doctor:Can you specify the exact locations of pain - is it the joints or other areas?
Doctor:If it is the other areas can you name the areas involved?
User:it is from elbow to the palm and Knees to her foot
User:and when the hand is paining the elbow gets really hot (temperature)
Doctor:Does she have swollen joints too?
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:The symptoms that your wife complaints are too vague and broad to understand what is going on exactly.
Doctor:Vitamin D deficiency and vitamin B12 deficiency can cause similar pains.
Doctor:So will other metabolic abnormalities such as high blood sugar, abnormal thyroid hormones, calcium and mineral deficiency can also cause such problems.
User:we got the sugar and thyroid tests done and the reports were normal
Doctor:In addition we also need more tests to know about hemoglobin levels, immune status and so on to isolate the cause.
User:Is it Ok if I send you the reports I have?
Doctor:if no specific cause is found, we manage this pain with drugs similar to antidepressants. Low dose of such medications will modify her pain receptors
Doctor:and make her lead a better life.
Doctor:All these evaluation are best done under guidance of a rheumatologist.
User:oh ok
Doctor:I would recommend that you consult a rheumatologist and find out if she has any other organic cause missed by physicians.

User:can you recommend me a rheumatologist?
User:yes, I did
Doctor:May I know your location?
User:I live in Sindhi Colony, Paradise
