User :   Hi I suffer from sever heartburn and I feel nauses and have stomach pain

User :   I am 27 and this is been like it for 4 years but getting worse
User :   anti acids have stopped working
Doctor :   have you tried any medicines, or tried changing your lifestyle ?
User :   do you think it could be celiac
Doctor :   have you lost weight, since the last 4 yrs consistantly ?
User :   yep tried anti acid and they kind of work but not as well as they used to
User :   nope
User :   no weight loss
Doctor :   do u have foul smelling stools, constipation, diarhea etc ?
User :   no
Doctor :   in that case, i dont think that you have celiac disease
User :   just really bad heart burn and pain between my rib cages like my upper abdomen
User :   what do you think it is??
Doctor :   i guess you need lifestyle changes as well as additional supportive meds for your GERD
User :   so what kind of changes?? cut out things??
Doctor :   BY THE looks of it, its just plain Gastroesophageal reflux disorder
User :   and meds will help??
