User:n belive me its trimendous in prob

User:i had prev 6 mnths be4 but it had cured

User:no i had visited doctor batra

User:every time i run my hands through my hair i get atlest 8-10 strands everytime

User:i felt in my new house the water really suited me
User:offlate been skipping my breakfast
Doctor:There are a few things that I would like to emphasize

Doctor:The first thing is that you need to reduce your stress levels
Doctor:Maybe you are not conscious of it, the amount of stress you're under
Doctor:Try breathing exercises and pranayams
Doctor:Yoga also helps
Doctor:Secondly, you must take a nutritious and balanced diet

User:yes i am
Doctor:Good sources of protein are paneer, dal, rajma, chana, soya
Doctor:Good sources of vitamin A are spinach and all yellow/orange colored fruits and vegetables
Doctor:Third, exercise for atleast 30-40 mins daily
User:i consume dal in abundance n one egg
Doctor:Fourth, stay away from chemicals and blow drying
Doctor:next, a massage with warm coconut oil once-twice a week
Doctor:Last, I'll tell you a home remedy
Doctor:Take methe seeds and soak them overnight
Doctor:Make a paste and put it on your scalp in the morning
Doctor:It really helps
Doctor:Wash in 30 minutes

Doctor:But its an acidic thing and it is used for dandruff
User:how abt taking omega3 fatty tabs

Doctor:If you want, you can take flax nseeds
Doctor:They are very good for your heart
User:how do we consume flax seeds
