User :   I may have food poisoning but I'm not sure, here are my symptoms.
Diarrhea â?? loose watery stool
Loss of bowel control during the night â?? wake up having had a small bowel movement during the night
Stool is very dark
I had a fever that was noticeable twice â?? took Tylenol flu multiple times throughout the day/night (about every 4-6 hours) Itâ??s gone down.
Yesterday I experienced vertigo when standing up for a few minutes. I collapsed on the floor at one point after losing my balance. Another instance is Friday night I went to the bathroom and on my walk back to my room I couldnâ??t really see well so I ran into somebody.
My urine is pretty consistently dark, which I think is a sign of dehydration (so is the dizziness)
Iâ??ve had a headache every once in a while.
I feel better when lying down.
