Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I Help you
User :   I played in an ultimate frisbee tournament yesterday and now i can't bend or straighten my leg.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   You might have developed a cramp of severe degree
User :   But I dont remember injurying it during the games so is it possible it took awhile for it to inflame?
Doctor :   would suggest you to take lot of Water and salt water preferably
User :   I can bend it just not past 90 degrees.
User :   and it hurts to put pressure on it.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   Since there was no Direct injury to the area
Doctor :   i would suspect it could be mere Cramps that you are affected with and that will go in a matter of 3-5 days time and if you have any OTC analgesics
Doctor :   You can take them after food and lots of water 4-5 liters atleast will need to be taken
Doctor :   during the day
Doctor :   If you still have pain after that then you might need to see the orthopedician to rule out any Ligament involvement that has occurred
