User:I a down with severe cold from Sunday. not subsiding
Doctor:any cough, fever, chest pain or difficulty in breathing?
User:no cough, but stuffy nose, taking inhalation, but not working, can i take some otc medications?
User:feeling heavy in the head
Doctor:by inhalation, you mean steam inhalation?
User:feeling slightly feverish also
Doctor:You should be using Otrivin Nasal Spray 3-4 times a day
Doctor:Also, you can take Tab Cetrizine 10 mg once a day
Doctor:This is for the cold
Doctor:for the feverish feeling, take Tablet Crocin 1 tablet as and when required ( dont repeat the dose before 6 hours)
Doctor:Also, keep yourself warm

Doctor:and drink plenty of tulsi and ginger tea
