User :   I was having a dream this morning that I was sick to my stomach, when I woke up it was real and I began having severe abdominal pains
User :   I vomited about three times within a half hour period
User :   and I also had diarrhea...but technically it wasn't poop. It was all liquid, nothing solid whatsoever
User :   but the abdominal pain was like nothing I have ever felt.
