User :   hello Doc, I am writing my query
User :   I am 33 years old male, recently got married 6 months back. We would like to start a family soon. I got my semem analysis done to check if everything is is the report

User :   PH: 7.5, Liquefaction Time: 50, Consistency: Normal, Sperm concentration: 25, Total sperm count: 50, Rapid Progressive: 25, Slow progressvie 40, Non Progressive 20, Normal Morphology 80, Abnormal Morphology 20...
User :   can u advise if everything is okay
Doctor :   let me go through the report you have typed. pls give me a moment.
User :   sure
Doctor :   your report seems to be fine in terms of volume, liquefaction time, sperm count, morphology.
Doctor :   i will now explain in detail
Doctor :   1) volume should be 2 ml or more.
Doctor :   2) Liquefaction time should be after 30 minutes.
Doctor :   3) morphology should be atleast 30% normal
Doctor :   4) motility in total should be around 50%.
Doctor :   5) about 75% of the total sperms should be alive.
Doctor :   what about the WBC count in the semen analysis?
User :   do u mean Mononuclear cells ?
User :   that's there in report...2-4
User :   nothing called WBC in report

User :   so, according to you, I am all fit to father a child
Doctor :   yes, as per the report you are eligible to father a child, do not worry
Doctor :   do you have any problems with erection or ejaculation?
User :   nope

Doctor :   i would recommend to take hormonal tests, blood tests, ultrasound scan to see if she is having any abnormailities.
User :   though we feel, when I ejaculate, semen tends to come this can be a problem ?
Doctor :   no, it is fine, semen does tend to come out, if you are very worried about it, try intercourse in positions that allow for deep penetration.
Doctor :   and put pillows under buttocks to avoid a lot of semen leak
Doctor :   she should not move for atleast 1/2 to 1 hour after intercourse
Doctor :   to allow for sperms to travel inside.

User :   we always do missionary position, read this is the best position for conceiving
Doctor :   it is but for deep ejaculation of semen and avoiding of leak, positions involving from back or side is advisable
User :   when u said she should not u mean she should not stand up or not even change side

User :   last u think I should take any medication to increast sperm, or motality..though I understand from you everything is fine
Doctor :   sperm counts are known to improve when having sea food or foods containing zinc
