User :   Hello. Went for results for xray yesterday for scoliosis evaluation. Doctor noticed enlarged heart. Is this something that requires immediate attention as I have made an appoint with my primary care doctor for 5 January. Male 45, Valencia, Spain, non-smoker/drinker, writer/journalist.
Doctor :   well what short of enlargement
Doctor :   Do you have Allergies / Diabetes / Thyroid problem / High Blood pressure/Heart disease/ Asthma etc
User :   She said she wasn't qualified to say. In Spanish is translates to large silhouette. Light asthma, use inhaler avg twice a year.
Doctor :   Have you taken/taking any medicines or had any consultation with a Doctor?
Doctor :   in that u dont have to bother for that
User :   I also engaged in heavy sexual activity up to five hours prior to xray...if that matters.
Doctor :   in case some heart probs arises you can go for the ECHO
Doctor :   no i dont think so?
