User:Mild fatty lever was detected
User:anything serious?
User:what precaution should i take?
User:what can be the probable cause for it?
Doctor:Fatty liver is found to be incidental in many people who have one or more of the following risks
Doctor:1) sedentary lifestyle
Doctor:2) No regular exercise
Doctor:3) High lipid in the blood
Doctor:4) Smoking
Doctor:So it is not worrisome but it would be concerning if it progresses from here
User:I used to smoke but have stopped from last 5 to 6 months
Doctor:I suggest you should be physically active, high fibre diet
Doctor:Include more vegetable and fruit in the diet
User:any dietery precautions to be taken?
Doctor:I also suggest you to take Liver function test
Doctor:Check if they are ok
User:Is LIV 52 fine to be taken?
User:Can this cause acidity and heartburn as well?
Doctor:It can be associated with acidity
Doctor:but does not cause it
User:The reason am asking this is because I have acidity problem , gerd problem 2 - 3 months back
