User:Doctor, I would like to get your help with prescription of anti histamine tablet for my mom who is suffering from running nose, block
User:from last few daya
User:History - She is 48 years old
User:She is on medicine for high Bp
User:She is taking telma AM
User:AND, she is on medication for TIA
Doctor:Is she having cough with phlegm?
User:transient ischemic attack
User:she is taking ecosprin AV for the same
Doctor:Is she having cough with phlegm?
Doctor:Is she having fever?
User:she does not have fever
Doctor:I would not advise her to take any antihistamines, until she is examined by her treating doctor.
Doctor:Instead, she can do certain symptom relieving methods.

Doctor:She can do the following to help her improve the condition.
Doctor:1. Steam inhalation with Cap. Karvol plus dissolved in it.
Doctor:She can do that 3-4 times in a day.
Doctor:2. Drink only warm water.
User:cough with phlegm is not there
Doctor:3. Avoid eating or drinking anything cold.

Doctor:4. Let her sleep in a room which is well ventilated.
User:She is feeling very tired

Doctor:Weakness may or may not be related to the sneezing.
Doctor:But, I don't think you need to worry for this.
Doctor:But, please do monitor her BP regularly.

User:So, we will not take any antihistamine
Doctor:And if she gets any numbness, or weakness on specific parts, then she need to be rushed to the hospital.
Doctor:She may take antihistamines only after a consultation with her doctor.
