User :   Hi I have been smoking for the past 14 years, i have a planter wart under my foot, recently i had the wart removed, exfoliating tissue from my foot has accidentally come into contact with my nostrils and may have been inhaled. What is the risk of this HPV (Verruca Plantaris) developing into cancer.
