User :   I'm male, 23 years of age, healthy with no chronic health conditions etc, and I've had a headache on the right side of my head that has persisted for the past week
User :   OTC pain medications have not helped. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, nor aspirin.
Doctor :   Was it associated with vomiting or blurring of vision?
User :   The area on the side of my head where the pain is located has no adverse physical appearance, however it hurts like a bruise when touched. There is no vision problem associated with this or vomiting.
User :   The pain has persisted and gradually worsened over the past 7 days.
Doctor :   Have you visited doctor for this?
User :   No.
Doctor :   Usually the headache show some relieve to above medications
Doctor :   Since there is worsening of the headache a detailed examination is needed.
User :   The issue could be related to a number of things, teeth, eyes, ENT, brain. Where should I start?
Doctor :   The causes of progressive headache are:1.Sinusitis, due ti bacterial infection.

User :   As I mentioned, the headache is only on one side of the head, and the area is tender to touch.

Doctor :   You can consult a ENT specialist for the clinical examination.
Doctor :   A detailed Ear , Nose , Throat examination will be done.
Doctor :   Don't take Aspirin frequently since its known to cause gastritis.
