User :   Im having pain in my lower back where my kidneys are located
User :   i took some pain meds when i got home thinking it was a muscle tension problem... but im still in pain ... its an ache like i slept on it wrong

User :   i took naproxen 500 mg with propoxyphen 100-650mg ... if this is a kidney problem will the meds i took make my situation worse?

User :   i had an abcest on this kidney at age 15 they did exploratory to remove it ... it reminds me of the same pain i had then
