Doctor :   How old are you?
User :   48

Doctor :   ok
User :   Only the external ones bleed
Doctor :   Have you ever been has colonoscopy ?
User :   No

User :   Makes sense
User :   Do the hemmoroids cause this?
Doctor :   The hard stools cause aggravates hemorrhoids
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   they do
Doctor :   Here is the management: User :   Actually, I have soft stools due to taking fiber, and the ridges only appear in soft stools. I have IBS D. That aggravates hemmorhioids for me.
User :   My hemmoroids never go away, they just don't get aggravated at times.
Doctor :   Here is the work up
Doctor :   Get the colonoscopy
Doctor :   Colonoscopy look for any polyps and abnormal areas.
User :   Not prepared to do that right now.
Doctor :   This tests is done every 10yrs
User :   Just wondering if this was likely due to the hemmorhoids.
Doctor :   Usually starts at 50 yrs for screening
User :   I am not 50
Doctor :   still blood in stool , constipation requires colonocopy
Doctor :   But this is upto your decision
User :   I do not have blood in stool, nor do I have constipation. I have IBS with diarrhea. Just the opposite.
Doctor :   Irritable bowel disease
Doctor :   or Inflammatory Bowel diease

Doctor :   ok
User :   My gyn says I have a huge anterior internal hemmoroid
Doctor :   Because this is long standing problem(ridges), it is from hemorrhoids
User :   OK, anything to permenantly shrink the hemmorhoids?
Doctor :   There are difffernt treatment modalities
Doctor :   1. They will tie the large veins
Doctor :   2. They inject some agen which burn the veins slowly
Doctor :   8agent
Doctor :   *agent
Doctor :   Top one is called hemorrhoidectomy
User :   Is it safe to just live with them? They don't bother me that often.
User :   All sounds pretty major
Doctor :   ans it is very successful
User :   Except when they thrombose
Doctor :   they are not major
Doctor :   They are minor surgeries
