User :   I had ankle sprain a year back

User :   first I ignored it....
Doctor :   can u explain in detail
Doctor :   u had any fall or injury or slip
User :   but then went to doctor and he put my leg in casting
User :   I was playing football

Doctor :   now is it paining
Doctor :   casting is not required for that
User :   but when returned to london and talked to doctors there they said I shd immediatle remove casting

User :   in X ray there was nothing

User :   now I feel I can do all normal things
User :   but still there is blocking when do extreme moves
