User :   i am i feeling alittle nauseaous and lightheaded. After i ate dinner around 6 i had a couple of cookies and i think i overeate now i feel like full, nauseous and lightheaded what can this be
User :   i do suffer from acid reflux can this be the cause of it
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms? Also may i know your age?
User :   no other symptoms just those and i am 26
Doctor :   Do you have belching or burping? Is there any breathlessness, chest pain?
User :   yeah i burp but no breathless or chestpain
Doctor :   4)Go for a 15 minutes of walk
Doctor :   1))Take tab TUMS and Syrup MYLANTA 2 tbsp
Doctor :   It seems like gastritis due to overeating
User :   ok i will do that
Doctor :   2)Avoid oily and fried food.

Doctor :   3)Drink lots of water

Doctor :   If there are any other symptoms like chest pain or breathlessness then it is to be concerned.

User :   ok no that i dont have those symptoms is there anything i can take for the lightheadedness or is the and tums enough
