User :   ca you suggest a good cream for RSI pains
User :   i have some discomfort in my right wrist and the area where thumb joins with palm

User :   no.

User :   it comes and goes...if i type a lot its comes and if i take rest its gone.
Doctor :   Can you elaborate the type of injury you had or describe on the symptoms you have along with discomfort?
User :   i had RSI proble, got medication and treatment, and accupunture.
User :   its gone now...but onece ina whle i get this pain if i over stress my wrist and finger ...

User :   its was combination of drugs and exercise...

User :   forgot the drugs name; took it for 2 weeks.

User :   got examined by a Rheumatologist and a Neurologist

User :   got echo, Nerve conducting tests to see if it was Carpal Tunnel , but it was negative.

User :   so doc advised one month rest with few medicines.

User :   then after that I went to acupuncture and that actually helped me and reduced pain completely.

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that the best treatment for RSI would be rest and avoid injuries.
Doctor :   Usually the injury takes time to heal completely but as you had taken rest for only a month I feel that couldn't completely heal the injury

Doctor :   You can consider visiting a Physiotherapist only after the pain is completely relieved to follow a set of exercises for the wrist.
