Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :
User :   hi
Doctor :   please proceed with your query
User :   XXXXXXXX here....
User :   so...I have been suffering from pain in my flanks...lower abdomen on both sides... back....etc....I have two confirmed stones in each kidney one is 7mm and the other is 5mm
User :   they were confirmed with a ct scan and an ultrasound
User :   There is also blood in my infections....and kidneys are ok
Doctor :   ok,
User :   The doctor says there is no blockage but I am still suffering from pain. I have been on here two previous times but have not really got an answer.
User :   I can not see a specialist until Feb. 16th and this has been going on since the first of October.
Doctor :   ok, i think the pain is due to the blockade
Doctor :   but not severe enough to cause a continuous pain i think
Doctor :   it could be a intermittent pain if i am not wrong
Doctor :   you need lithotripsy
User :   The pain is worse when I am working. I am a mechanic for XXXXXXXX Deere so a lot of movement. The pain does come and go in seriousness but there quite a bit. The pain pills I am on are not working anymore as it has been three months
Doctor :   but till thn you my have to increase your water intake and get repeat scan to see whether the stone has moved down , where it can block the bladder inlet causing more pain or even slip into the bladder posing risk of blocking urethra which is more emergency
Doctor :   Are you taking any medication for the pain?
User :   l just had an ultrasound a week ago however I think my GP has kinda given up on me and hasn`t given me the reslults. He doesn`t think there should be any pain
Doctor :   no , you ask for the result and know the position of the stones
Doctor :   and i do not see any reason to wait till feb
Doctor :   the sooner you act ( lithotripsy ) more you are out of urethral caiculi
User :   I have called his office 3 times this week and nothing. You must be from the United Statees health care is expensive there but a lot more efficient. The pain pills I am on are no longer working and am forced to take more than prescibed.
Doctor :   no , do not over dose your self
Doctor :   i suggest you to visit a other doctor for the same
Doctor :   its a very simple procedure hardly taking few minutes
User :   I won`t od... I am just taking an extra dose at night as I can`t sleep with the pain.
Doctor :   May i know what medication are you taking ?
User :   No other doctor will see me here as they don`t want to step on the feet of another doctor.
Doctor :   I think we faced a minor technical set back
User :   sorry I got disconnected for a minute there....
Doctor :   please continue now
User :   ok I am taking oxycocet and indomethacin....... The oxycocet isn`t working well anymore
Doctor :   thats not good , you pay you deserve other doctor
Doctor :   take another antispasmodic than oxycocet
Doctor :   like one having Hyosine or dicyclomuin
Doctor :   dicyclomin*
