User :   twice they found nothing
Doctor :   the history u tell me suggest Peptic Ulcer disease
Doctor :   Mostly gastic Ulcer
User :   they said there is no ulcer
Doctor :   Keep eating to relieve pain pain typical of Gastric Ulcers
Doctor :   But the test is negative
User :   negative
Doctor :   Did they do any bipsy and sent for pathology
User :   when they did the endoscopy they did a biopsy
Doctor :   Do you know the results
Doctor :   Was it positive for Helicibacter Pylori or any thing abnormal cells?
User :   negative all results
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   I think the panccreatic enzymes, lipase was normal
Doctor :   I think you do not have nay problem with pancreas as the chronic pancreatititis can cause these symptoms
User :   what about a ultrasound.had those tests done last friday for pancreas and kidneys came back normal but liver was high
Doctor :   go ahead...
User :   im not a big drinker probably 3 times a year but i had a little mouth full of beer tonight and thaat set the abdomin pain off
User :   do you think the ultrasound will help
Doctor :   Yes.
Doctor :   But you said Gallbldder is removed
Doctor :   The Ultrasound has little value
Doctor :   I will suggest CT scan
User :   was approx 2 years ago
Doctor :   The Ct scan will look at your liver and pancrease , and other organs very closely
User :   ok is it clearer that ultrasound
User :   do they do different things
Doctor :   if you go for CT scan scan u do not need Ultrasound
Doctor :   If you want screening -cheaper test Ultrasound is OK
User :   will it pick up stones if they have travelled
Doctor :   Stones in where?
Doctor :   Gall bladder
User :   from when my gallbladder was in there do they travell to biol ducks
Doctor :   It will not detect stones now
Doctor :   There are no way you have gall stones now
Doctor :   there is no bladder
User :   when the gallbladder was in there could they off travelled before they took it out
Doctor :   But if they have travelled, they go to intestine and pass thru stools
User :   ok
Doctor :   So the stones is not at all an issue now
User :   so what are you suggesting i should do can they take more test off my liver
User :   do you think the liver is the issue
Doctor :   If you think, your drinking may be a problem, it might damge you your stomach, pancrease and liver
Doctor :   to look at liver and pancrease , Ultrasound is fine
Doctor :   I will suggest to use Prilosec/pepsis daily
Doctor :   *pepsid
User :   what is that?
Doctor :   it is antacid, reduces acid production in stoamch and protects the stomach from acid damage
User :   i have been taking omeprazloe every day
Doctor :   That is good enough
Doctor :   Take 40mg daily
User :   ya i do
User :   do you think it is a acid problem
Doctor :   Yes it could be
Doctor :   It is definitely a problem with your symptoms
User :   what about the 24 hour test i did for reflux
Doctor :   When the endoscopy is normal, and the gall bladder is removed, over production of acid is a definite possibility
Doctor :   I agree with the test
Doctor :   But still I will not ignore the symptoms
