Doctor :   How can I help you?
Doctor :   Hello XXX
Doctor :   Proceed with your query.
User :   i had a question.. i dont think i have an emergency ..but i took a pill and it felt as though it irritated or got lodged in my throat
User :   i am talking normal and i feel as though i am breathing normally
Doctor :   Ok
User :   but i'm still a bit nervous about it.. i coughed quite a bit and now i just feel very tired and drained..and my throat is still a bit irritated
Doctor :   That is normal, just drink plenty of water
Doctor :   What was the pill for?
User :   im not sure what i should do... i guess i cant help but fear that it went down my trachea
User :   it was my lexapro
User :   which i am on for panic disorder
User :   so u can see why the feeling wouldn't help any
Doctor :   There is nothing to worry about, if it went into your trachea, it could have been coughed out by know
User :   i have also been having some trouble swallowing food on a regular basis lately... they are unsure if i have just plain acid reflux or something more.. so i get a bit more nervous
User :   ok
User :   so it would be pretty safe for me to go to sleep and wait til my doctor comes into the office then i would guess
Doctor :   Yes
User :   thank you. the bits of shortness of breath i am having are probably more panic then
User :   i appreciate the help very much
Doctor :   you are welcome.
Doctor :   bye for now.
