User :   i have a query regarding continous oain in legs

User :   i m having this for round 2-3 months

User :   no ... rest is fine
Doctor :   Like swelling, any engorged veins.

Doctor :   Is it the whole leg which is paining or any particular area?
User :   only portion below knees till ankle

Doctor :   There are many causes of foot pain as overexertion, muscle injury, ligament injury,foot injury, any trauma or sports injury.
Doctor :   Did you have a fall or any injury recently?
User :   nothing happened ....
Doctor :   Sometimes muscle strain can also cause pain.
User :   but it would not sustain for so long..
Doctor :   1) Keep your legs elevated when at rest
Doctor :   2) Apply some topical ointment as Volini 2 to 3 times in a day
User :   does volini is effective for such types of pain too..
Doctor :   3) You can also take hot water fomentation daily 2 to 3 times a day.
Doctor :   If all these measures do not help at all then may be you will require some investigations and proper examination to rule out the cause.
