User :   I have pimples on surrouding Nose.

Doctor :   1) use a non soap based cleanser. use it atleast 2 times a day and after any workout or more sweat

Doctor :   try with ponds oil free non soap cleaser, it gives better results

Doctor :   3) use mild suncreen of atleast 15 SPF before ging out in sun, it should be non-greasy one
Doctor :   4) incorporate diet changes with 3 fruit servings per day in form of salads and juices.

Doctor :   5) use Vitamin E supplements Tab Evion 200 mg once a day daily for 2 weeks see if it helps
Doctor :   6) get started on antibiotics for pimple control, the antibiotic use will be decided after proper examination of teh pimples
Doctor :   7) use face pack twice a week with besan, curd and lemon juice or tomato juice, apply for 10-15 minutes, wash with luke warm water
Doctor :   8) drink warm water 200 ml with juice of 1 lemon or 1 teaspoon of honey on empty stomach daily
Doctor :   9) avoid having 'hot' foods like potatoes, cauliflower, brinjal, beans, egg, non veg etc
Doctor :   10) get your testosterone levels checked along with DHEA levels to see if hormones are responsible. treatment needs to be started if any abnormality is found
