Doctor :   it will cause you to feel tired and have lack of concentration.
User :   ok
Doctor :   leading to feeling of tiredness and excess sleepiness
Doctor :   i would recommend you to go ahead with these following steps: User :   anything that I can do feel better
Doctor :   1) get a repeat hemoglobin done. to see if symptoms are associated due to anemia
Doctor :   2) have milk and milk products , high protien in diet
Doctor :   3) get check-up and blood tests done to rule out arthritis
User :   while I hate milk, I have a mug daily
User :   and take milk products also, and pulses almost daily at night
Doctor :   ok. continue to do the same , add Protienex powder to milk 2 spoons daily
User :   ok
Doctor :   it will help in relieving the symptoms
User :   do i need to start calcium tablets
User :   shel cal 500 mg
User :   someone suggested, i am not taking any medicines as of now
User :   are u there?
Doctor :   yes. i am chatting with few other patients. so please bear with me for a reply
User :   not an issue
Doctor :   you are taking milk daily, so calcium intake will be there. however getting started on calcium supplements will not do any harm. ruling out serious cause for joint pains is necessary
Doctor :   such that further action can be taken to halt the progression of arthritis if found
Doctor :   also applying topical liniments/ointments for pain relief can help.
Doctor :   since you are not overweight and not with any previous history of anemia, so the joint pains during climbing stairs due to being overweight is ruled out
Doctor :   hence identifying the real cause behind your problems becomes even more important.
Doctor :   are you there?
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
User :   yes
User :   i am here
Doctor :   ok. try and get undisturbed sleep at night
Doctor :   make your daughter sleep in center of beed

User :   ok
User :   will try

User :   just wanted to know, do people at my age and after 1 child have such symptons
User :   i forgot to tell you had a miscarriage in between
User :   when my daughter was 10 months old
Doctor :   no, not usually, only with anemia or some underlying problem, people at your age experience such symptoms
Doctor :   ok, was it accompanied with lot of blood loss?
User :   yes, it was
Doctor :   then it could be cause of anemia and resulting symptoms
