User : having burning sendation in my chest

Doctor :   Since when are you having this problem? Is there any heart burning or belching? Is there chest pain also present?
User :   no chest pain...only burning sensation
User :   since last 5 days
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptom like raised sugar, BP or cholesterol? Are you on any medications?
User :   nopes
Doctor :   It can be due to Gastritis which can be due to many causes as spicy food and long hours gap between food.
Doctor :   1) Take Tab ZINETAC twice daily for 5 days.

Doctor :   2)For immediate relief from burning take Syrup Gelusil 2 tbsp
Doctor :   3)Have more of fruits and veggies in diet
Doctor :   4)Keep eating every 2 to 3 hours.
Doctor :   5)Avoid oily, spicy food intake
Doctor :   6)Do not go to bed immediately after dinner. keep a gap of at least an hour
Doctor :   7)Avoid outside and junk food intake
