Doctor :   How can i be of help ?
User :   have red bltchy skin on legs and arms does not hurt or itch and doesnt seem to be a rash just blochy

Doctor :   Since when do you have the problem?
User :   since about 2 days ago..almost looks like a blochy sunburn
Doctor :   Does it produce flakes?
User :   no
Doctor :   Does it get red in day times?
User :   yeah seems to lighten up at night a bit then gets brighter durning the day
Doctor :   Then ofcourse its a sunburn , have you applied any sunscreens
User :   no and have been sunburned a million times its not like that its real blochy and only on legs and arms and is almost like a rash form but itsnt raised at all
Doctor :   Sun burns are rarely raised
Doctor :   give a try to sunscreen lotions
User :   it reminds me of the red blochys people get on there face when they r stressed or scared
Doctor :   But they do not flare on exposure to sunlight
User :   what about stress can it cause a skin discolor i have been super stressed out
Doctor :   I do not think so
Doctor :   there may be hyper pigmentation in stress rather than red
User :   well my legs r red and white blochy and if it was sunbured why would it almost go away during night then reapear during day
Doctor :   The same the sun light will trigger the rection
User :   well okay ..hope thats it never have had it for the 30 yrs lived in fla
Doctor :   i suggest you use the sunscreen
