User :   I will give you some tips regarding the diet.
User :   1) Eat a well balance diet composed of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
User :   2)Take 3 servings of fruits like apples, melons, pears, guava, small banana per day
User :   2)Take 2 servings of veggies per day
User :   4)Go for a daily brisk walk for half an hour.
User :   dr. request you to suggest in veg.indian food that what should i take and what should i avoid
User :   5) Prefer having six small meals instead of 3 big meals a day.
User :   You should take more of chapatis without oil, brown breads , rava idlis or dosas in breakfast

User :   8) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
User :   9) Concentrate more on fruit juices, salads daily
User :   10) Do not take more than 1 small cup of rice daily.
