User :   nope.. but after having food. i find it very difficult bend and do some work

User :   i had an atheletic body . i am a black belt holder in karate. but it was 8 years before... after that i couldnt get any chance to work out

Doctor :   do avoid skipping breakfast since that is the most essential meal of the day
