User :   Yes. Maybe two years..6-2..198 no history and no treatment

Doctor :   please describe the appearance of the 'red spots' that you have.

Doctor :   are they fluid filled or are they in clusters? or are they single?
User :   Small red spots that itch sometimes
Doctor :   is there any foul discharged from them? are they filled with pus?
User :   single spots
User :   no pus
Doctor :   ok. could describe the approximate size?
Doctor :   are they pin point like or bigger than them?
User :   pencil head size
Doctor :   how often do they appear in a month?
User :   they are ther all the time

Doctor :   are you used to wearing tight undergarments? are they cotton ones?
Doctor :   I would recommend you to wear soft and loose cotton undergarments.

Doctor :   get these spots examined by your doctor or a urologist. you might need to get a culture test done from the discharge from these spots
Doctor :   it will help in identifying if any infection is present
Doctor :   also apply Cadadryl lotion 2-4 times a day as needed to soothe them
