Doctor :   Ok
User :   i am healthy as far as i know
Doctor :   Let me explain to you.
Doctor :   From this far, without a per rectal examination, it is hard to predict what exactly is the cause for the discharge, however
Doctor :   the based on history, I can think of the following conditions which could be the probable causes
Doctor :   1. Rectovaginal fistulas -
Doctor :   Or rectal sinus
Doctor :   which can be draining its contents out.
User :   are they serious conditions?
Doctor :   2. Infections
User :   i mean i never had any problems why is it started?
Doctor :   3. Sloughing of the mucous membrane in condition such as anal trauma following hard stool.
Doctor :   These are 3 possible conditions which can cause yellowish discharge per rectum.
User :   i am very scared as never experienced any similar
Doctor :   In the absence of associated symptoms of pain, constipation, the former 2 are to be considered as more probable.
User :   what can i do?
Doctor :   Both the conditions can be a concerning problem.
Doctor :   Since the treatment strategies varies, it is necessary to differentiate between these 2 condition.
Doctor :   Only a trained personal having plenty of experiences performing a per rectal examination can be able to differentiate among the 2 condition.
User :   so it wont go away without treatment?
Doctor :   Hence I suggest you to consider consult a doctor / a proctologist who can perform a per rectal examination or a colonoscopic examination.
Doctor :   SInus and fistula can be a chronic condition.
Doctor :   Your symptoms can go away without treated after a few days, however there are plenty of chances that it may recur with flaring symptoms
Doctor :   Infection on the other hand can be self limiting condition hardly requiring medical drugs/treatment for its cure.
Doctor :   So I do recommend you to consider consulting a doctor, mainly to rule out rectal sinuses or fistula's
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   i will call my gp
User :   no thanks
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Bye for now.
User :   bye
