I am having bad stomach for last one month.
Initially, it was mucus and later on stool turned clay\green and now it is black for past few days.

User :   yes..he got umpteen tests done, colnoscopy, LFT etc
User :   but they were all normal

Doctor :   Now let me tell you the differential diagnosis and please follow the following steps : Doctor :   1. Chronic amoebiasis would be the first DD.
Doctor :   Lodged in liver it can cause this again and again.
Doctor :   2. Giardiasis or any Bacterial Diarrhea.
Doctor :   3. Any traveller's diarrhea if you have eaten outside or any infection due to water or food.
Doctor :   Hope you are following.

Doctor :   4. I would not rule out Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis

Doctor :   I would recommend to undrego the following tests : Doctor :   1. Stool routine and examination .
