User :   I have gained around 12 kgs in past 1 year and not able to loose this weight. would there be any specific reason for the same
User :   doctor has adivsed me to do abdominal sonography
Doctor :   ok. along with sonography you will also need further tests like your hormonal levels, cholesterol levels, liver function tests
Doctor :   to see if any other abnormalities are present
User :   but would it be considered normal to gain such weight?
Doctor :   and if they are present, you need treatment to reverse those changes

User :   yes there is strong history or diabetes
User :   but had done my sugar a month back which was normal
