User :   Hi there. I have an appt. with a cardiologist for the first time tomorrow. My symptoms are fatigue, breathlessness upon minor exertion, heavy feeling in my chest. I have those symptoms right now - am I having a heart attack?

User :   I also feel dizzy when I walk.

User :   what's wrong with me?
Doctor :   Do you have associated pain
User :   I had a slightly abnormal EKG, an extra beat, my gp said. No no pain.

Doctor :   Probably the breathlessness of exertion is caused due to improper or reduced cardiac activity
User :   she wants me to have a stress test, mri artery screening, etc. for my symptoms
Doctor :   It not always heartattack

Doctor :   When there si reduced activity the blood flow to lungs will reduce resulting in breathlessness

User :   Monday I went grocery shopping and couldn't even fix dinner I was so fatigued?

User :   I am a liver transplant patient, 12 years.

User :   yes. take 20 mg lisinopril morning, 10 mg. at night
User :   She just upped it from 20 a day.

User :   no, my beating heart makes me dizzy, I sweat a lot and can't do more than walk up one flight of stairs.

User :   I'm overweight
User :   and sleep a lot
Doctor :   Do take your medications regularly and try reducing weight
User :   I also take fluoxetine, 20 am., 20 p.m.
Doctor :   Because obesity will double the risk of heart attack

Doctor :   Do you suffer from sleep disorder or anxiety attcks
User :   yes, I know I'm inactive and overweight, but I'm too tired to do anyting aoub ti and now the dizziness and chest pressure is getting to me.

User :   used ot have panic attacks waiting for my transplant

User :   so take my meds, regularly, try to get a little more exercise as I can tolerate it, lose weight and don't worry about these symptoms, they will disappear with weight loss and increased stamina?

Doctor :   Avoid high fat diets

Doctor :   Take more fibre rich diets

Doctor :   Also gradually increase work load

User :   my kidneys are pretty bad
Doctor :   You can slowly develop stamina and increase your workouts
Doctor :   When was your last annuals done

User :   I go to the doc every three months for bloodwork
Doctor :   were the recent renal function tests in normal range
User :   no
Doctor :   You should be very cautious in maintaining diet ( renal)
User :   they haven't been since about two years ago. Doc predicted they would suffer from the tacrolimus. Plus I have PKD.

User :   I've never heard of a renal diet.
Doctor :   Salt restriction and decresed protein intake
User :   Ah, no one ever said anything to me about this...
Doctor :   You can follow it will decrease th eload on kidney
User :   ok
Doctor :   Be care full when facing pain in chest with associated breathlessness atrest
User :   that's why I'm consulting you. What else can I do?

User :   I am at rest. I have to be at rest, or I'll faint.
Doctor :   You said at mild exertion right
User :   yes.
User :   walkling throught the kitchen.
User :   but no pain, just fullness
Doctor :   When you have brethlessness at rest it will need medical care immdietly
User :   so now you're telling me I should call my doctor?
