User :   I have gained around 11 Kg weight in the last 7 months after I got married..
User :   My height is 5'8"
User :   Earlier I used to weigh continuously 62 KGs..Now I weigh around 72 kgs.

User :   i am in office and also go around from 9 am to 9 pm..

Doctor :   You should concentrate on light activities to start with and make them more regular

User :   so i can continue my present diet and start low to moderate activity like brisk walking and then some light jogging..

Doctor :   but avoid creams, fried food, crossiants, fried bread, chips, cheesed vegetables
Doctor :   if there is visible food on the meat

User :   but can i eat normal cooked chicken and fish?
