User:i am suddendly having a pain in my ears
Doctor:May i know your age ?
Doctor:how long have u had the pain ?
User:since yesterday night
Doctor:did u have any fever, cough, nose blocks, etc before the onset of the pain ?
Doctor:any headache ?
User:even iam having head pain due to that
Doctor:runny nose ?
User:no running nose
Doctor:hearing loss, ?
User:no hearing loss
User:but when iam taking calls i am getting a pain in my ears
Doctor:do u think, the ear is completely blocked ?
User:on my right side of ears...some vacumm kind of pain
User:no its not block
Doctor:You may either be having a blocked auditory canal , or a excess collection of wax in your External ear tube
User:no i clean it every day
User:with ear budds
Doctor:the other possibilities would be collection of fluid in the inner ear , and the pressure can cause pain
User:ok any medication
Doctor:For the time being, you can take CROCIN or Disprin for pain relief
User:i took it already
User:no improvemnt
Doctor:how many doses have you taken ?
User:in the morning
Doctor:you can take the tablet 3 times a day , for the time being, and the dosage should be 650 mg of CROCIN
Doctor:this will be very helpful
Doctor:But, you will need to consult with a ENT doctor, who can examine your inner ear, to know whats the exact cause of your pain
Doctor:drops or other medications should not be put into the ear, without a prior diagnosis, hence i have not mentioned any of them
