Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   hello sir.
User :   can i talk to a child specilist
User :   hello. are you there sir ?
Doctor :   As of now, we dont have a Child specialist on our panel but I am a General Practitioner, I believe I can help you within my expertise.
User :   ok sir. thankyou. my new born child (3 months) is having vomiting from morning
Doctor :   Ok
User :   we thought it will stop but it is the 6th time he vomited 20 mins ago
Doctor :   Is he on breast milk or anything else?
User :   breast milk
Doctor :   Ok
User :   just wanted to check with you if we should take him to a doctor or wait for some more time to get ok
Doctor :   I suggest that you continue feeding the baby small amounts of breast milk and try to prop the baby up after every feed.
User :   what is the prop up ?
Doctor :   Holding the baby on the shoulder erect after finishing feeding.
Doctor :   So that the milk does not enter his air ways
Doctor :   Wait till the baby burps.
User :   you mean his head on top and leg and bottom and not in sleeping posture isnt it
Doctor :   Try to give small quantities of milk at frequent intervals.
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   On your shoulder.
Doctor :   With neck supported adequately.
Doctor :   As he is only on breast milk and nothing else, it is unlikely that he has an infection
