User :   no
Doctor :   I suggest you to check for the above things and examination by a doctor initially

User :   do anxiety attack usually last more that a day?
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   There are episodes that occur frequently
Doctor :   not a single attack
User :   because i am pretty healthy and had a physical about 2 months ago and i was fine
Doctor :   So if you have an attack which is severe like what you have now, it is very possible that you have multiple attacks
Doctor :   Till the time you get a symptomatic medication from the doctor my suggestions are these
Doctor :   1) Make all your movements slow, from one position to other
Doctor :   2) Moderate consumption of water
Doctor :   Most of the times these conditions do not last long and do not leave any residual problems
Doctor :   So it is benign
User :   ok, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't uncommon for anxiety attacks to last for a few days, I was going to go to the Er but now i will just shchedule a regular doctor appointment
Doctor :   Did you follow what I said?
Doctor :   Do you have cough or cold?
