User :   i have a rash that occurs everytime i go into the sun
User :   it started afteri went into some hospring and ialso jut had a cae of meningitus which i hear can be caused by hot springs
User :   its not a raised rash and it always starts in the crook of my arms
User :   it itches bad and the only thing that helps is being in the cool and no contact with the sun

User :   i went out into the sun at my grandmas pool with sunscreen and thats the worst outbreak i had

User :   at first i thought it was just heat rash but im not hot when it happens
Doctor :   Put calamine lotion over the rash

Doctor :   with wisp of cotton
